About our services

What do you mean by prices from?

This is our starting rate for each specific service, based on the average time spent. There are many other variables, that can add more time to your service.

If my Service doesn’t qualify for the free freight what is the freight cost?

We have great discounted freight available. This is our way of making the whole process of getting your guitar to us as easy as possible. The size of your case and the weight of your instrument will factor into the end price. The prices are for one way we will discount for both directions.

Example Auckland $35 will be $60 total and Wellington $25 will be $40.

Can I pay off my service?

Yes. Please request to discuss payment options prior to the work commencing.

Options available are

  • AfterPay, a 5% surcharge may apply
  • Progress payments, an agreed time to pay and finish the work by

About our Pre-order products, and delivery times

The bulk of our products come from the U.S We place orders monthly on the first Monday of the month. Except in December, we have no orders, and in January the order is on the 2nd Monday of the month due to freight congestion during the Christmas holidays.

  • Arrival time, once orders are placed, is 2 weeks on average with FedEx Express.

How do I know what’s available to order and the stock status?

KDG Ships worldwide we currently only have Australia loaded on our website.

  • Australian order are sent via EMS with tracking
  • ETA is about 2 weeks on average to get to you
